Lost recordings typically happen due to bad internet connections, which can interrupt the upload process. At ScreenApp, recordings are streamed to our servers as you record, so there's a chance we may be able to restore them.
Steps to Recover Lost Recordings
- Go to Settings:
- Navigate to your Settings in the ScreenApp dashboard.
- Click on the Recovery Tab:
- In the Recovery tab, you’ll see a list of recordings that may be eligible for recovery.
- Recover the Lost Recording:
- If your recording is listed, click the Recover icon next to the lost recording.
- Check Your Library:
- If the recovery is successful, the recording will appear in your library. If it cannot be recovered, the recording is unfortunately lost.
Important Note:
We cannot guarantee the recovery of lost recordings as it depends on your connection stability during the recording process. We can only manage and store data that has successfully reached our servers. For the best results, ensure a stable connection when recording.
