How to Record Audio with AI Transcription
- Start recording: Open ScreenApp in the browser, or on the iOS or Android app, and press record. If you already have an audio file, upload it instead.
- Let it run: Recording continues until you stop it. The audio is saved to your account as soon as you stop.
- Read the transcript: The transcript, with speaker labels and timestamps, and AI notes are ready a few minutes later. Ask a question about the recording or search it for a word.
Accuracy depends on the audio. A phone held near the speaker works well; a recording made across a large room with background conversation will have gaps. See how we measure accuracy.
