How to Transcribe a Telegram Voice Message
- Get the audio off Telegram: On Telegram Desktop, right-click the voice message and choose Save As to download the file, which Telegram stores as OGG. On mobile, if your version of Telegram has no save option, play the message on speaker and record it instead, using the ScreenApp mobile app or your browser’s microphone recorder.
