Add your first recording
- Open ScreenApp and sign in. Use the same account and sign-in method you normally use.
- Choose your personal space or the team where the recording belongs.
- Start a recording, upload a file, or import a public link.
- When capture or upload finishes, wait for processing before opening the transcript.

Work with the result
Open the recording to read its transcript, play a timestamp, or ask a question about its content. You can create a summary, make slides, or clean background noise.
Check generated text before sharing it. Speaker names, technical terms and unclear speech can need correction.
Find settings and limits
Open Settings from your account menu. Account contains your profile and language preferences; Usage shows consumption; Billing contains subscription controls. Current plans describe purchase options. Your account shows the allowance that applies to you.
Before sending a recording, check its sharing permissions.
