Find payments and invoices

Open your billing history and download an invoice for a web subscription.

Open web payment history

  1. Sign in to the account associated with the payment.
  2. Open Settings > Billing > Payment History.
  3. Find the invoice by date and amount.
  4. Use its download link to open the invoice PDF. An invoice still being prepared may open a hosted invoice page instead.

The amount shown depends on invoice status: a paid invoice shows the amount paid, while an open invoice shows the amount due.

Change payment or invoice details

Use the payment control in Billing to open the billing portal. For an invoice correction that is not available there, email support@screenapp.io with the invoice reference and requested correction.

An invoice is missing

Check the account email and the payment provider on your receipt. Apple and Google purchases have store receipts and may not appear in web payment history.
