As for ScreenApp, we take on various security responsibilities, including customer data encryption, application-level security, security event logging and monitoring, and service uptime monitoring.

Customer Involvement in Security

We firmly believe that security is a joint effort, and we encourage our customers to actively participate in maintaining the integrity of their data. As a ScreenApp user, it is your responsibility to use our service appropriately and configure its security features to best suit your needs. This includes providing accurate information, ensuring the security of devices used to access the service, implementing appropriate user authentication measures, managing access to the service and shared videos, reporting any security issues to us, and ensuring the security of any additional applications or integrations used in your environment.

Robust Infrastructure

To ensure secure and reliable hosting, ScreenApp relies on the expertise of Amazon Web Services (AWS). Our staging and production environments are hosted on AWS, utilizing multiple availability zones to redundantly store customer data. AWS data centers are subject to rigorous security measures, including 24/7 monitoring, biometric scanning, and video surveillance. Furthermore, they maintain certifications across various global security and compliance frameworks, providing an additional layer of assurance.
