Check the allowance applied to you
Open Settings > Usage. It shows current consumption and limits for your account or team context. Open Settings > Billing to check the subscription behind that allowance. Pricing describes current purchase options.
Different limits measure different things
- Storage measures the size of files kept in your library. It is a standing total, not a monthly counter.
- Recording limits control capture duration or the number of recordings you can keep.
- Uploads count imported files separately from recording inside the app.
- Transcription and AI usage have their own allowances. AI actions can share the same usage pool.
Some free allowances are lifetime allowances. Other counters reset by their billing or calendar period. Follow the scope and reset information shown in the app; do not assume every limit resets monthly.
When a limit is reached
Read the message to identify which limit was reached. Deleting files can free storage, but does not automatically refund AI usage or reset a lifetime allowance. Save any needed content before deleting recordings.
