We understand that sometimes users may want to delete their account for various reasons. To make this process as straightforward as possible, we've streamlined our account deletion process. In this support article, we'll guide you through the steps required to delete your account and provide more information on what account deletion entails.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Click on your profile picture and then on your name
  2. At the bottom of your page should appear "Delete Account". Click on that link and follow the prompts.

That's it! You don't have to do anything more. Our support team will receive your request and take care of the rest.

What Does Deleting Your Account Mean?

When you request to delete your account, it means that we will:

  1. Permanently erase your personal information: We will delete all the personal information associated with your account, including your name, email address, and any additional profile details.
  2. Remove your content: All content you've created, such as forum posts, comments, and any other contributions will be permanently removed. Please note that this action is irreversible.
  3. Revoke access to our services: Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all our services, including any subscription-based features or content you may have purchased.
  4. Disable account recovery: After your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to recover it. If you wish to use our services again, you will have to create a new account.
