How to Summarize a Zoom Recording
- Upload the recording or paste the link: Upload the MP4 file Zoom saved locally, or paste a link if the recording is stored in Zoom’s cloud or another host.

- vs Zoom AI Companion: Zoom’s own Meeting Summary runs inside the call, but it needs a licensed user on Zoom Workplace Pro or a higher plan and Meeting Summary is not available within breakout rooms.
