Choose what to download
- Recording: use the recording’s download action in the library or player menu.
- Transcript: choose the transcript download action, then its format.
- Generated document: open the document and use its export action.
Transcript exports support TXT, DOCX, PDF, VTT and SRT. Generated documents support Markdown, TXT, PDF, DOCX and PPTX. A media download is separate from either text export.
The library’s selection controls can apply recording downloads to multiple selected files. Your browser may ask whether to allow multiple downloads.
A download is blocked
Read the message. Check account entitlement, file access and whether processing has finished. A shared viewer may have different access from the owner. See download access.
The file does not save
Retry the download from the app rather than reusing an old temporary file URL. Check browser download permissions and available device storage. If it still fails, send the file identifier and error to support.
Do not assume choosing an input file automatically converts it to another format. See WebM and MP4.
