Transcript exports (TXT, DOCX, PDF, VTT and SRT) are available on every plan, including Free. You still need access to the file you are exporting.
Downloading the media file of a recording, such as an MP4 or MP3, needs a paid plan. On the Free plan the recording download control opens an upgrade prompt. Review the displayed plan and terms before purchasing. See Pricing and your account’s Settings > Billing.
Generated documents have their own export controls. Select the actual output you need, rather than using a recording download to get a transcript or presentation.
If you already paid
Check the account email, billing status and personal or team space. A payment on another account or through a store may need to be reconciled. Contact support with the receipt reference if access has not updated.
