How to Get a Pinterest Video Transcript

Why It Can’t Just Take the Pinterest Link
ScreenApp has no native Pinterest integration for transcription. It can pull video from a public URL on a short list of platforms, but Pinterest is not one of them: YouTube, Vimeo and direct media links. Downloading the pin itself is a separate, working tool (Pinterest video downloader), but that download still has to be uploaded here for the transcript step.
That two-step path works the same regardless of whether the pin is a standard video pin, a story pin, or a multi-page idea pin: once the file is saved, the upload and transcription work the same way.
