Turn a Notion Page Into Audio
This tool reads a shared Notion page aloud from its link and turns it into an MP3 you can save and listen to. Paste the sharing URL, and the AI fetches the page and narrates the text it can read in one AI voice, the same way it works for article to podcast.
There is no native Notion connector: ScreenApp does not log into your workspace or sync pages. A page works only if you have published it to the web, or if you export it as a PDF and upload that instead. A page shared only with specific people or your workspace cannot be fetched from outside Notion.
What you get:
- A narrated MP3 read by one AI voice, generated from a URL; there is no separate field to paste article text directly
- No account is needed to generate the preview
- no watermark on any recording or export
- Free plan: 3 saves, downloaded from your ScreenApp account
How to Convert a Notion Page to Audio
- Publish the page: Open Share in Notion and turn on “Share to web” (or “Publish to web” on older workspaces) so the page has a public URL. Private and workspace-only pages cannot be fetched.
- Paste the link into the tool: Drop the published URL into the box above. There is no separate box for pasting the page’s text directly.
- Preview, then save and download: Listen to the short intro clip, then continue to generate and save the full narration to your ScreenApp account so you can download the MP3.
A page built mostly of databases, embeds, or linked sub-pages extracts less cleanly than plain paragraphs and headings, since only the text on the page itself is read. If a page will not convert well as a link, export it to PDF from Notion’s page menu and use PDF to audio instead, or copy the text and paste it into text to speech. See how we measure accuracy.

- vs Speechify: Speechify reads text and documents aloud, but its pricing page does not state whether it accepts a Notion page link directly or logs into a Notion workspace. ScreenApp saves 3 narrations on the free plan with no card required for the preview.
- vs NaturalReader: NaturalReader’s free plan limits Plus voices to 4,000 characters a day, and No. ScreenApp’s free plan includes MP3 download on the saves it allows.
Who Uses Notion to Audio
Students turn a published set of Notion study notes into audio for a review session away from a screen.
Writers and knowledge workers keep drafts, outlines, and second-brain pages in Notion and listen back to catch phrasing that reads better than it sounds.
Project managers convert a shared project page or meeting log into audio to review while commuting instead of at a desk.
Educators turn a published lesson page or reading list into audio for students who prefer to listen or need the material in another format.
Remote teams listen to a shared team wiki page or update instead of reading it during a busy day.
