Ask Your PDF Questions and Get an Analysis
Upload a PDF and ask it questions in plain language instead of reading the whole document to find one answer. The AI reads the text in the file and answers from what it says, so a report, a contract, or a set of notes gets faster to search than to skim.
This works best on a document with real, selectable text. A report exported from Word or a contract signed as a PDF both read cleanly; a page that is really a photo or a scan does not.
What you get:
- Answers to questions about your PDF’s content, in the language you ask
- No sign-up needed to try the chat here
- Works with any PDF that has selectable text, up to 50 pages
- In the ScreenApp app, PDFs and office documents are converted so they can be read and chatted with, the same as a recording
How to Analyze a PDF with AI
- Upload your PDF: Drag a file in or click to browse. The tool pulls the text out of the document before you can ask anything about it.
- Ask what you need to know: Type a question the way you would ask someone who had already read the file, from a single figure to a summary of a section.
- Follow up or start over: Ask a second question about a different part of the document, or use New Chat to clear it and load a different PDF.
Answers are only as good as the text ScreenApp can read from the file. A PDF made from scanned pages or photos with no selectable text will not extract, and heavy tables or unusual formatting read less cleanly than plain text. See how we measure accuracy.

Who Uses an AI PDF Analyzer
Financial analysts ask a statement or a report for a specific figure instead of scanning the whole document for it.
Legal and compliance teams search a contract for a clause or a term and read the answer instead of scrolling through the full agreement.
Researchers ask a paper for its method or its result, then go back to the full text for the parts they need to quote.
Business teams ask a market report or a competitor document for the numbers that matter to a decision.
Students ask a textbook chapter or a set of course notes about a concept instead of rereading the whole thing to find it.
Anyone reading a long PDF on a phone can ask a question instead of pinching and scrolling through pages of small text.
