ScreenApp supports transcript and caption translation. For a spoken version, use video dubbing: translated synthetic speech with a separate voice for each speaker, saved as a new audio or video file.
Transcription language coverage does not establish dubbing voice availability. Choose the target language in the relevant tool and review the result.
