Share a generated document

Share notes or a summary and review what the recipient can see.

  1. Open the generated document and choose Share.
  2. Enable link sharing if you want anyone holding the link to read it.
  3. Copy the link and check the recipient view before sending it.
  4. Turn link sharing off when the document should no longer be accessible through that link.

Review the entire document, including screenshots and quotations. A document can contain private information even when it does not include the original recording.

Document sharing is separate from recording sharing and conversation sharing. Check each object independently when removing access.

If you need a local copy, use the document’s export controls. Supported document exports are Markdown, TXT, PDF, DOCX and PPTX.
