Update your profile

Change your display name and profile picture in account settings.

  1. Open your account menu in ScreenApp, then Settings > Account.
  2. Edit your display name, then leave the field to save it.
  3. To change your photo, select the current picture or change-photo control and choose an image.
  4. Wait for the upload to finish, then check the updated picture in your account menu.

A change fails

Read the error shown beside the field or upload. Check your connection and retry once. Do not clear site data while a recording is pending.

For a login email change, contact support@screenapp.io from your current account address. Changing a display name does not change the email used to sign in.

Language preferences are separate from the profile name. See transcription languages.
