Install and sign in
Use the desktop download link supplied by ScreenApp for your operating system. Open the installed app and complete its browser-based sign-in flow when prompted. Check that the account and workspace are the ones you intended.
Make a test recording
Choose the capture mode and input sources available in the desktop recorder. Grant the operating-system permissions requested for microphone or screen capture. Record a short sample and check picture and sound before a longer session.
Permission changes can require restarting the app. Save active work and check pending recordings first.
Find the result
Wait for saving and upload, then open the recording in the library. Transcription and AI processing need a connection.
