Share an Ask AI conversation

Review an AI thread before enabling access through a shared link.

  1. Open the Ask AI conversation and choose Share.
  2. Review the conversation and its referenced content before enabling link sharing.
  3. Copy the link and check it using the recipient’s account.
  4. Disable the shared link when access is no longer needed.

A shared conversation is different from a single summary document. Recipients can see the thread’s existing messages. The shared-chat interface can also let signed-in visitors add questions, so check that this is the collaboration you intend.

The shared assistant uses the content available to that conversation. Do not treat sharing a thread as an invitation to your entire library.

To share only notes, use document sharing. For the source media itself, use recording sharing.
