Create and export a PowerPoint

Turn a recording into slides or export an existing document as PPTX.

Create slides from a recording

  1. Open the recording or attach it in Ask AI.
  2. State the audience and structure. For example: “Create a PowerPoint from this recording with an introduction, main points and a conclusion.”
  3. Open the generated presentation and download its PPTX output.
  4. Check slide text, layout and any source images in PowerPoint before sharing.

Export a document you already created

Open or attach the generated document and request: “Export this document as a PowerPoint file.” This exports the document rather than analysing the recording again.

Generated document export formats are Markdown, TXT, PDF, DOCX and PPTX.

Review the result

Check facts, names and figures against the source. A slide outline can omit qualifications from a longer conversation. Edit the deck where needed, and verify that the file opens in the presentation software your recipients use.
