Check Pricing and the amount shown at checkout. Do not assume an educational email address automatically applies a discount.
Schools and organisations
Email sales@screenapp.io with the organisation’s name, number of people who need access and what you need to record or process. Ask for written confirmation of any agreed price and conditions before purchasing.
Do not send identity documents or enrolment records unless the sales team explains why they are needed and how to submit them.
Existing billing questions
For an invoice, payment or subscription change, use billing help. A sales enquiry does not change an existing subscription or stop its renewal.
