Explore an AI interpretation of recorded speech and compare it with the audio.
What the tool returns
Upload an audio recording or record a clip. The tool sends audio to an AI service and returns a description, emotion percentages and a timeline. These are generated estimates, not calibrated probabilities or validated measurements of a person’s feelings.
Review an interpretation
- Choose a clip you have permission to process.
- Generate the analysis and play the same passage yourself.
- Compare each label with the words, tone and surrounding conversation.
- Use the widget’s CSV export or printable report only with the limitations attached.
A presenter might use this as a prompt to listen again to a rehearsal. A label such as “uncertain” should lead to a review of the recording, not a conclusion about the speaker’s private mental state.
Are the percentages confidence scores?
No validated calibration or benchmark is supplied for these estimates. A large percentage does not establish how someone feels. Accent, language, recording quality, performance style and missing context can change the interpretation.
Can this diagnose a condition or screen job applicants?
Do not use the output to diagnose a condition or decide whom to hire. Speech alone does not establish a person’s intentions, honesty or emotional state. Ask the speaker for context when it matters.
How should I report a mistake?
Keep the relevant timestamp and explain which interpretation was misleading. Avoid sharing private recordings in a public report. The correction link below describes how to flag an issue in ScreenApp’s published content.
