This snipping tool runs in your browser and captures whatever you pick from your browser’s own screen share prompt: the entire screen, one window, or a single browser tab. There is nothing to install and no account needed to take the capture.
Once you have the image, you can draw on it directly in the browser: a pen, a highlighter, arrows, rectangles, circles, and text labels, each in a color you choose. Undo a mark, reset the whole thing, and start again as often as you like.

It does not stitch a scrolling page into one long image, and it does not let you draw a custom selection box before capturing, since the browser’s own screen share picker chooses the source.
