Fix a summary or notes problem

Check the source transcript, processing status and AI request.

No summary appears

  1. Confirm the recording has finished uploading.
  2. Open its transcript and check that it contains the expected speech.
  3. Check for a processing, account or allowance message.
  4. Request a summary in Ask AI or run the intended template.

The summary is wrong or incomplete

Compare it with playback and the transcript. Correct source errors first. State the structure or topics you need, then generate another result. Check names, decisions and deadlines independently.

For noisy audio, noise cleanup creates a processed copy, but cannot guarantee that unclear speech becomes intelligible.

Processing fails repeatedly

Record the source identifier, template or prompt and exact error. Contact support. Do not clear browser data while capture or upload is pending; summary generation is not a reason to erase recoverable recording data.
