ScreenApp transcribes recordings up to 12 hours long. Recordings longer than that need to be split before you upload them.

  1. Break Down Recordings: Divide your long recordings into smaller, more manageable segments. On the Pro plan your maximum recording length is 2 hours per session, and on the Max plan it is 3 hours per session. This can help ensure accurate transcriptions and avoid exceeding the 12-hour limit.
