Your privacy is a top priority at ScreenApp, and we ensure that all your videos, audio recordings, and other recordings are protected. Here’s how we safeguard your content:

  • Private by Default:
All videos, audio files, and recordings are private by default when uploaded or recorded. They are stored securely in your Private Folder, where only you have access.
  • Private Folder:
Any video or audio file placed in your Private Folder is visible only to you. If you want to ensure your recordings remain completely private, make sure to store them in this folder.
  • Team Folders:
All other folders are shared by default, allowing your team to view and collaborate on the content. If you need to share a video or audio recording with your team, store it in these shared folders.
  • Folders Cannot Be Set to Private:
While other folders are available for team access, they cannot be restricted to your view only. For this reason, always use the Private Folder to keep videos and recordings that you do not wish to share.

By default, all videos and audio recordings remain private unless you specifically choose to share them. This ensures that your content is secure and personal unless otherwise directed by you.
