Personal and team spaces
Check which space you are using before uploading or recording. Team content has team ownership and access rules; it should not be described as visible only to its creator.
Folder restrictions
The current app supports restricting a folder to selected members. Folder and team owners can retain access. A folder with no member restriction follows the access of its space.
Review the folder’s access controls instead of assuming that a folder’s name, such as Private, establishes its permissions.
Shared links are a separate check
Open a recording’s Share control to review invitations and general access. Anyone-with-link access can expose content beyond the folder’s members. Check published public pages too.
