How to Transcribe a Meeting with the Chrome Extension
- Install the extension: Add ScreenApp from the Chrome Web Store. The icon appears in your toolbar, no separate account setup needed to start.
- Join and start recording: Open your Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams call as normal, then click the extension icon and choose what to capture: tab, screen, microphone or camera, with system audio.
- Read the notes: Stop the recording and the transcript, action items, and decisions are ready in your ScreenApp library a few minutes later.
