Prepare a spoken episode script

Begin with the topic and why the listener needs it. Add transitions between sections and write out any source attribution that should be spoken. A podcast listener cannot inspect a table or follow a bare URL, so explain the relevant finding in words.

Listen to a script draft

  1. Paste up to 5,000 characters of script into the text-to-speech tool.
  2. Generate the preview using the built-in voice.
  3. Check pronunciation, transitions and which passages were included.
  4. Continue in the app to save the generated audio. App downloads require a paid plan.

Start with your introduction or a short segment. Use the result to spot sentences that are too dense to follow when heard once.

Does it create two podcast hosts?

The widget uses one voice. It has no dialogue voice assignment, voice picker or pitch control. Write a single-narrator script for this tool. A conversational show needs a separate recording or production workflow.

Can I generate a whole episode at once?

Longer text produces a short introduction rather than a complete reading in the preview. Compare the audio with your script and do not assume the whole episode is present. It also does not establish that music, transitions or final episode editing have been completed.

What makes a draft ready to publish?

Verify names and factual statements against your sources, listen to the entire final episode, and keep a correction record. A narration preview helps assess the script; publication still requires editorial review and an audio file that contains every intended segment.

I have tried at least 6 different ways to transcribe meetings and get summaries: Notion with AI, HiNotes with HiDock as hardware, Plaud with different hardware, Teams agents. Every tool did a part of the job, but not one of them delivered on all my requirements. ScreenApp goes far beyond my expectations. It has the video ready if I need to re-watch a meeting.
