How to Resolve It

If your transcription remains stuck for more than 2 hours, follow these steps:

1. Check the Status: Ensure that the transcription is still stuck on "generating" and hasn't completed.
2. Email Support: Contact our support team at support@screenapp.io with the following details:
   • The URL of the transcript that failed to generate.
   • Any additional information that might help our team diagnose the issue.
