ScreenApp and SalesLoft: What Actually Works

There is no ScreenApp SalesLoft integration

ScreenApp does not connect to SalesLoft. There is nothing to install in SalesLoft, nothing to connect under Settings, and ScreenApp does not post, sync or create anything in SalesLoft on its own. Anything that ends up in SalesLoft gets there because you put it there.

That is worth saying plainly, because the rest of this page is about the part that does work.

What you can actually do

  1. Record the meeting in ScreenApp, or upload a file you already have.
  2. Wait for the transcript and the AI summary.
  3. Copy the text, or export the transcript as PDF, DOCX, TXT, SRT and VTT.
  4. Paste the summary into the activity log on the prospect, or keep the review in ScreenApp and share the link.
  5. If people need to watch the recording, send them a share link. Share links are not password protected, so only send them to people who should see the recording.

What ScreenApp can tell you about a call

The transcript comes with speaker identification. There is also one AI chat that searches and answers from every recording in your library, or a single folder, which is how you find objections that keep coming up across a month of calls. ScreenApp does not score engagement, measure talk time ratios, or adjust a cadence.

For developers

ScreenApp has API keys and a public API. You can generate an API key and pull a recording, its transcript and its summary, then write them into SalesLoft with SalesLoft’s own API. Use the API to retrieve recordings. ScreenApp does not offer webhooks, so your code or automation service checks the API for finished recordings and writes them to the destination; this is not a native integration.

Frequently asked questions

Do calls attach to the cadence they came from?

No. ScreenApp knows nothing about your cadences.

Does it generate follow-up tasks in SalesLoft?

No. It can draft a follow-up email from the transcript, which you then send or log yourself.
