Analyze a Meeting Recording with AI
Meeting analyzer takes a recording you already have, or one you record in the browser, and turns it into a transcript with speaker labels, action items, and chapters. Upload the file or press record, then read the breakdown instead of scrubbing back through the call.
13,100 meetings were recorded on ScreenApp in the last 90 days. Once it is processed you can search the transcript, jump to a chapter, or ask the AI a question about what was said instead of rereading the whole thing.
What you get with every meeting:
- A transcript with speaker identification, in 100+ languages
- AI notes: action items with an owner and deadline, and decisions listed separately
- chapters with timestamps, so you can jump to the part of the meeting you need
- AI chat with any recording, so you can ask a question instead of re-reading the transcript
- Export as PDF, DOCX, TXT, SRT and VTT
- Free plan: 2 transcriptions of recordings up to 45 minutes each, with AI chat on it
How to Analyze a Meeting
- Upload the recording, or record it. Drop in a video or audio file from Zoom, Meet, Teams, or your phone, or press record in the browser for a call you are taking now.
- Let the AI process it. It transcribes the audio, separates the speakers, pulls out action items, and splits the recording into chapters by topic.
- Read the breakdown, then ask questions. Search the transcript, jump between chapters, and ask the AI chat about anything the notes do not cover.
Accuracy depends on the audio each participant sends, so a call with several people talking over each other or a poor connection will have more gaps than a clear recording. See how we measure accuracy.

Who Uses a Meeting Analyzer
Team leads reviewing recorded standups upload the recording after the fact, check the action items list against what actually got done, and jump to a chapter instead of rewatching the whole call.
Sales managers coaching reps review a rep’s call recording, ask the AI chat what objections came up, and pull the transcript for a coaching session without listening to the raw audio first.
Recruiters and hiring panels upload a recorded interview, search the transcript for how a candidate answered a specific question, and share the summary with the rest of the panel.
Customer success teams reviewing renewals go back through a quarterly business review recording, check what was promised, and pull exact quotes with a timestamp for the account notes.
Anyone catching up on a meeting they missed uploads the recording someone sent them, reads the chapters and action items, and asks the AI chat a question instead of watching the whole thing.
