If you're having trouble processing a payment on ScreenApp, we use Stripe as our payment provider. Below are some common Stripe-related issues and steps to resolve them.
Common Reasons for Payment Failures
- Insufficient Funds:
- One of the most common reasons for failed payments is insufficient funds in your account. Solution: Check with your bank to ensure your account has the required balance.
- Card Declined:
- Cards can be declined for various reasons, including incorrect details or fraud prevention by the bank. Solution: Contact your bank to clarify why the card was declined and resolve any issues.
Payment Processing Bug
There is a known bug that prevents a retry after a failed payment attempt due to security reasons. If you experience this issue:
- Contact Support: Email support@screenapp.io, and we will manually delete the previous payment attempt from our system.
- Retry After Issue Resolution: Before trying again, ensure that any card issues (like insufficient funds or a block by the bank) have been resolved.
By following these steps, you should be able to resolve any payment issues and continue using ScreenApp’s services.
