Awesome application! I have tried at least 6 different ways to transcribe meetings and get summaries. Notion with AI, HiNotes with HiDock as Hardware, Plaud with different hardware, teams agents. Every tool did a part of the job, but not one of them delivered on all my requirements. Screenapp goes far beyond my expectations. It has the video ready if I need to re-watch a meeting. It does transcription by accessing all available audio sources without disturbing the meeting software (Teams, Slack, Zoom). I can freely choose which screen, part of the screen or application is recorded. Speaker separation is the best I have seen so far. Recognition of speaker names is not top, but as long as the speakers are separated it's a simple task to give the correct name once and let it replace throughout the meeting. And the best of the best is, that I can use AI to ask about all of my meetings, some of the meetings, or a specific meeting. I can search in which meeting a specific topics was discussed or I can ask about a topic that was present in multiple meetings. Either way - AI delivers a very good response.
