Understanding Video Formats
- By default, our system handles videos in MP4 format.
- MP4 is the standard format for most modern video recordings and uploads.
Dealing with Non-MP4 Files
- If you encounter videos that aren't in MP4 format, don't worry! This is usually due to one of two reasons:
- The video is older and was recorded using our legacy importer.
- The video was originally uploaded in a different format.
Downloading Videos
- To download any video, regardless of its format:
- Locate the video in your library or dashboard.
- Click the "Download" button associated with the video.
- The system will initiate the download in the video's original format.
Important Note
- While most videos will be in MP4 format, we can't guarantee that all downloaded videos will be MP4.
- Our system prioritizes preserving the original format to maintain the highest possible quality and compatibility with the source material.
Troubleshooting Tips
If you're having issues with MP4 imports or downloads:
- Check your internet connection to ensure stable downloading.
- Try using a different browser or clearing your browser cache.
- If the problem persists, contact our support team for assistance.
Remember, our goal is to provide you with the most accurate and high-quality version of your videos, whether they're in MP4 or another format.
