Understanding Video Formats

  • By default, our system handles videos in MP4 format.
  • MP4 is the standard format for most modern video recordings and uploads.

Dealing with Non-MP4 Files

  • If you encounter videos that aren't in MP4 format, don't worry! This is usually due to one of two reasons:
    1. The video is older and was recorded using our legacy importer.
    2. The video was originally uploaded in a different format.

Downloading Videos

  • To download any video, regardless of its format:
    1. Locate the video in your library or dashboard.
    2. Click the "Download" button associated with the video.
    3. The system will initiate the download in the video's original format.

Important Note

  • While most videos will be in MP4 format, we can't guarantee that all downloaded videos will be MP4.
  • Our system prioritizes preserving the original format to maintain the highest possible quality and compatibility with the source material.
