Cancellation Process
To cancel your subscription, you must do so via the billing section on our website. This is the primary method of cancellation as it directly controls your subscription status. In the case the cancel doesn't work, disable your ad or content blocker. Only admins of the account will have access to the billing tab. If you are not an admin, you must contact your admin to control billing.
Billing
Billing for the Service is conducted on a month-to-month basis and is calculated to the minute to avoid confusion due to time zone differences. This precise billing ensures that you are only charged for the exact duration the Service was used.
Cancellation Deadline
To avoid being charged for the next subscription period, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. The renewal date is the day before your current subscription period ends.

Refund Policy
Payments made for monthly or yearly subscriptions are generally non-refundable. This policy is designed considering the nature of our digital services and the availability of a free plan that allows users to evaluate our services without risk.

Purchasing a subscription but not using the service.

Slow upload or download speeds, which are influenced by your internet connection and ISP performance.
Video editing taking longer than expected due to high-definition videos requiring re-encoding.

Requesting a Refund
Under circumstances not listed above, you may request a refund within the cancel flow within the billing tab in the dashboard, please provide feedback in the flow and these requests will be reviewed by our billing team.

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
