How to Allow Camera Access Inside Chrome for Screen Recording

Google Chrome, being one of the most widely used web browsers, often requires users to give permissions for camera access. For ScreenApp, this process is simple and straightforward. Here's a step-by-step guide to allow camera access inside Chrome.

Step 1: Locate the Lock Button

  1. Open Your Browser: First, open your Google Chrome browser and navigate to the webpage of ScreenApp where you want to enable the camera.
  2. Find the Lock Icon: Look to the left of the web address in the address bar, and you'll see a small lock icon. This icon is the gateway to site settings.

Step 2: Access Site Settings

  1. Click the Lock Button: Click on the lock icon, which will open a dropdown menu with several options related to the website's permissions.
  2. Select "Site Settings": In the dropdown menu, locate and click on the "Site Settings" option. This will open a new tab with the site’s permissions and data usage details.

Step 3: Allow Camera Access

  1. Navigate to the Camera Section: In the "Site Settings" tab, scroll down to find the "Camera" section.
  2. Select "Allow": Click on the dropdown menu next to "Camera," and select the "Allow" option.

Step 4: Refresh the Page

Once you've selected "Allow," all that's left is to refresh the webpage.
