Meeting Agents API

ScreenApp provides a unified agent API for agents that can join and perform tasks in Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Zoom

Create a new meeting bot by sending a POST request to the endpoint below.

Endpoint

POST /v2/meeting/me/bot/join

Request Body

Send a JSON object containing the following required fields:

webLink	string	Meeting URL (must be a valid Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams link)
timeZone	string	IANA time zone (e.g., Brisbane/Australia)

Generating API Keys

All API requests must include an Authorization header with a Bearer token:

Authorization: Bearer sk-xxxxx

Follow the steps below to generate your API key:

1. Log in to ScreenApp as an Admin or Team Owner.
2. Visit screenapp.io/app/#/settings/api.
3. Navigate to the API section.
4. Create a new API key and assign the appropriate scopes.

Notes

• webLink must be a valid Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams meeting URL. Other links will be rejected.
• timeZone must be a valid IANA time zone string.
