At ScreenApp, we are committed to protecting your data and respecting your privacy. We build with security-first principles and align with GDPR best practices

Privacy-First by Design

ScreenApp’s architecture is built to protect user data at every step:

  • No third-party data sharing We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

  • Encrypted data in transit All communication between clients and servers is secured via HTTPS.

  • Granular access control Permissions are enforced at the team, user, and folder level within the platform.

  • Support with consent only Our team will only access user data if you explicitly request assistance.

Data Ownership and Privacy

At ScreenApp, you own your data. We simply process and store it to power your workflows.

  • You may export or delete your data at any time.
  • We do not repurpose your data for training, analytics, or marketing.
  • All content is treated as private by default.

Data Retention and Deletion

  • Users can delete their account through the dashboard or by request.
  • When deleted, all associated data is permanently removed from our systems in a secure manner.
  • We retain data only for the minimum time necessary to deliver services.

Our Compliance Roadmap

While actively working toward SOC2 certification and HIPPA compliance, we are continuously improving our internal policies and infrastructure.

Even though full certification is in progress, we already align with the following GDPR principles:

  • Purpose limitation — We collect only what is needed.
  • Data minimization — We avoid unnecessary storage of personal information.
  • Integrity & confidentiality — We apply strong access controls and infrastructure isolation.
