When recording with ScreenApp, your video is streamed directly to our servers. However, interruptions caused by poor internet connections can disrupt this upload. Here’s how to check for and recover any lost files.
Steps to Recover a Lost Recording
- Check the Recovery Tab:
- Navigate to the Recovery Tab in the settings.
- If your recording is interrupted but still partially uploaded, it may appear here, and you can attempt to recover it.
- File Not in the Recovery Tab:
- If the recording is not listed in the Recovery Tab, the file is unfortunately not recoverable. This means the data was not successfully received by our servers.
Important Notes:
- No Guarantee of Recovery: We cannot provide assurance that your recording can be recovered. This depends on factors like your internet connection and system stability.
- Cloud Storage Limitations: As a cloud provider, we can only manage and recover data that has been successfully uploaded to our servers.
If you experience frequent interruptions, we recommend ensuring a stable connection during the recording process to avoid data loss.
